Pre-configured Prediction Modelling

The predictions features of Football Apptitude exist to support those that might enjoy sports betting with a full data suite to enable more informed decision making. Specifically, it is built around the workflow of someone who uses a statistical model to identify value in betting markets and then wants to act on those predictions.

The Pre-configured prediction cards are pre-match predictions for upcoming fixtures generated using all the data available to the model. They produce result probabilities, expected match volumes (goals, corners, cards, shots, fouls), Over/Under market probabilities across multiple lines, and individual player performance likelihoods. These go beyond general interest statistics; instead providing the exact outputs a bettor needs to evaluate whether a bookmaker's offered odds represent value compared to what the model believes is likely to happen.

Prediction and Bet Request Workflow

The Prediction workflow (for both Pre-configured and Custom generated predictions) makes the end-to-end workflow as easy as possible. A user can browse any fixture predictions, identify the markets and lines they prefer, save them to the notebook, and then uses the Bet Request flow to compose and copy tweets directed at specific bookmakers (bet365, Betfair, Paddy Power, William Hill, Coral, and others… UK Only at launch). The auto-generation uses each bookmaker's official X / Twitter handle and hashtag (e.g. #WhatOddsPaddy, #YourCall, #GetAPrice) and provides text generation that is primed for copy and paste. The tweet builder also respects the X / Twitter 280-character limit and can automatically split a long bet across multiple tweets if needed.

These are price request tweets — a well-established practice where bettors publicly ask bookmakers to price up a custom or enhanced bet on social media.

The predictions feature is a data-driven betting assistant, from model output to bookmaker request, all within the app.
